Discover the Art of Wine Blending at Big Nose Winery's Blending Class with our Winemaker

Event Features:

• Guided Wine Blending:
  Learn the secrets of blending wine as our winemaker guides you through the process of blending our 2022 wines. Experiment with barrel samples of multiple varietals to create your unique wine.

• Hands-on Blending Experience:
  Equipped with professional tools, each group will work together to craft their own blend. You'll have the chance to taste, mix, and refine your wine under the guidance of our winemaker.

• Blind Tasting Competition:
  After blending, participate in a fun blind tasting where all the group creations are judged. The group with the highest-rated blend will win a bottle of wine to take home.

• Palate Cleansers:
  Enjoy palate cleansers throughout the session to enhance the tasting experience and keep your palate fresh.
